MKL’s 2007 Vespa GTS250ie Chronicles (September 2024 – Current)
This GTS joined the stable on September 20, 2024 – my first scooter in 27 years of riding motorcycles!
December 12, 2024 – 6,594 miles: The Vespa undergoes service to make it roadworthy for long distances. The previous owner changed the belt and rollers in 2020, less than 2,000 miles ago, so I’ll address those at the 9k service. He also replaced the fuel lines in 2020, so they should be good for years to come.

Sept 20, 2024 – 6,513 miles: The Vespa rolls home. I performed basic service, and now will cruise around the neighborhood with it to figure out how to farkelize!
